Description: Light yellow color with green highlights. A nose of tropical fruit, citrus fruit, asparagus, and freshly-mowed lawn. Medium-bodied mouth, with a crisp acidity.
Vineyards: From the Zacharias family’s own vineyards, in the Douramani location of the Nemea municipality.
Harvest Dates: Mid August.
Vinification: Prefermentary cryoextraction for 10-12 hours plus a controlled temperature fermentation in stainless tanks.
Served At: 7-9 oC.
Food pairings: Aromatic green salads, goat cheeses, fish and fried mollusks.
