Zacharias Vineyards assure the quality and hygiene of their products through the implementation of a Quality Management System, throughout the product life-cycle, from grape to wine. Our Quality Management System is TUV certified according to EN ISO 9001:2000 standard. The hygiene of all of our wines is assured by a certified HACCP system.

Finally, the cultivation and production of our vines is certified according to standards AGRO 2.1 and AGRO 2.2 of the Organisation for the Certification and Supervision of Agricultural Products (AGROCERT).
